About me + My expertise

I’m not just a matrescence coach or grief specialist.I’m a mother who gave birth to her first child during a global shutdown—and navigated NICU fear, feeding grief, and isolation when the world was unraveling.

And I’m a mother who survived debilitating postpartum depression after my second—a season so dark I barely remember those first few months, carried by a full-time nanny and an ocean of guilt.

I know what it means to feel everything deeply. To be told you’re too much. To cry before the ground has settled and be told to stop.
And I know what it takes to walk through that fire—and come out with your softness intact.

I’m trained to hold grief, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. But more than that—I live what I teach.
I can sit with your tears.
I can find the laughter in the mess.
And I will never ask you to be anything other than your unfiltered, fully feeling self.

Because motherhood is a non-linear journey.
